The hoteliers in Blackpool struggle with these old buildings, they’re so big, it’s very difficult to keep them modern and keep prices reasonable. Therefore the rooms are dated. However our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and towels and bedding were brilliant white, soft and clean. The couple who run the b&b are lovely, so friendly, helpful and hard working. Location is fantastic, particularly for events at the winter gardens. Great, hot English, plenty of choice self service breakfast. With parking as well!!! We’ll defiantly be back. Thank you Boltonia
Superb! Friendly owners, very helpful. Clean bedroom and bathroom. You have all you need for your stay. There is housekeeping too, which I didn't expect, so it was very nice surprise. Tasty breakfast with choice. Good choice of hot drinks. They even had non dairy milk for me. Great location too. Close to all main attractions and public transport.
We couldn't have asked for a better welcome and service throughout our stay. Very accommodating. The room was small but enough room for our needs. The beds were comfortable and linen and towels fresh and in good condition. As we were in Blackpool for a dance competition at Winter gardens the location was perfect. We were offered fresh towels as the owner appreciated we would be quite messy with fake tan, makeup etc . Breakfast was cooked perfectly and plenty to choose from. Would definitely return if ever in Blackpool again.
Awesome hotel. Close to Wibter Garten. 1 block and a half only. Owner was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. Came for the Blackpool Magic Convention. Owner help me with taxi back to train station. For sure I would come back here again. I travel alot, for a single room it qas great, small but clean and great. My room was number 5. For a couple or family ask for a bigger room. I give it a 10.
Lovely place to stay Very Clean and a warm friendly atmosphere. Rooms are really comfortable. Breakfast was so nice buffet style cooked breakfast or fresh fruit yogurt cereal or pastry Great collection of warm drinks & cold. Great location for the punk festival , only 1 minute from top entrance of WG and straight along to the pubs in Topping St . The hosts Slava & Constantine were very friendly and helpful . Any requests like veggie sausages etc just ask. Breakfast had everything from cereals , fruit to hotplates where you could choose as much as you like (and all fresh unlike some chain hotels i have been to), coffee, juice etc. Beds very comfortable and en suite with shower. And we managed to get a secure parking place too. Full marks
We stayed this weekend and had a lovely time the room was very clean and suitable for our needs. The owner was amazing and very friendly and helped us with all our extra needs by providing us with a fan and a travel cot for our little boy. It’s in an excellent location and we will definitely be staying again. Thanks.
Great guesthouse/ hotel staff are fantastic locations great breakfast fantastic rooms fantastic, good parking already booked next year for the pigeon weekend 2027 appreciated the owners. Great drink Choices
